Ste signed up for Dancing On Ice?

Hollyoaks bad boy Kieron Richardson is to be announced as a contender for the new series of Dancing On Ice according to rumours on the web.

The 23-year-old, who plays Ste Hay in the soap, is said to have started training for the skating show.

A source told Digital Spy: “Kieron’s already training hard and he’s looking forward to competing against some of the great names in the line-up.”

The source continued: “He has a lot to live up to, though, if he wants to follow in the footsteps of his close friend and former co-star Chris Fountain.”

Chris, who played Justin Burton in Hollyoaks, took part in the 2008 series and came second to Suzanne Shaw.

EastEnders star Danniella Westbrook and ex-Corrie actor Danny Young are also said to be taking part in the new run.

A spokeswoman for Dancing On Ice would not comment on speculation about the line-up.
