THERESA?!
All this time it was Theresa?
The past few months have kept Hollyoaks viewers nervously waiting on Who Shot Calvin Valentine and second guessing who did the dirty deed.
And in tonight’s first look Hollyoaks on E4 – the secret was finally outed!
Viewers will have watched in astonishment as Theresa pulled out a gun and shot down love rat Calvin.
The episode opened tonight with the producers hinting at THREE likely suspects; Gaz, Sasha and then Malachy. Malachy of course being handed the gun last by enraged Jacqui McQueen.
But the show quickly turned to focus on Theresa and her baby-drama story and it became obvious that it was her we were going to be following!
We kicked off with Theresa revealing to Calvin that she was pregnant with his baby. But an initially supportive-sounding Calvin turned brutal when he offered money for Theresa to abort her child. Theresa’s mood quickly turned from smitten to devastated!
And to add even more drama to the already intense situation – Carmel entered the room and Calvin announced that they have to tell her what is going on – only for Calvin to lie and reveal Theresa’s pregnant with ’some guy’ she met in a club. OMG!
That’s exactly what Theresa didn’t want to hear!
A regretful Calvin walked through his wedding with both Malachy and Mercedes looking on, Spencer being held back from approaching him and a stare from a vengeful Lauren.
An angry Sasha then launched a scathing attack on Calvin in front of Carmel. But Carmel quickly rose to Calvin’s defense calling him ‘loving and kind’ – brushing off the revelation that Calvin left Warren to die in the fire. A confused Spencer finally spoke and even asked Calvin why he left Warren to die. But Calvin cowardly walked off.
Carmel ironically ended with; “Nothing or nobody is going to ruin our day”.
The story came back to Theresa as she revealed to Mercedes that Calvin is the dad to her baby! Subsequently Theresa then discovered that Calvin had been sleeping with Mercedes too.
Cameras zoomed into Malachy with the gun (seemingly about to use it) until Jacqui took it off him.
But a furious Theresa approached Jacqui , took the gun from her bag and shot Calvin in mid-dance! The news that Calvin had been sleeping with her cousin Mercedes was obviously the final straw for this deeply distraught teenager.
And there we have it. After all this waiting and guessing. Theresa killed Calvin.

I was actually really surprised by this! I never once suspected Theresa, never! Im even quite ahsamed toi say that on the bebo poll back in December I even quoted “But omg isn’t Theresa thw worst suspect ever :L?” or something to that degree!
But even when that baby talk started I didn’t think it was her. I just thought that this was adding more havoc to the day, after all Calvinw as going to die he needed to know what he had done. The last few moments I suspceted Mercedes and Leo, or even Jacqui (but not so much!) , RIGHT up until Theresa lifted that gun! Even when she lifted it i thought “oh theres gonna be some twist now, someones gonna shoot him froma different place :O!” But nope – theresa :O! All i can say is – omg?
i though it was gonna be theresa =] at first it was just because i thougt she needed a good storline. they wen the pregnancy came into the picture and calvin lied to carmel about it i was positive it waould be her =]
