Yummy boy!
The actor – who played bad boy Justin Burton on the Channel 4 show for six years – was petrified when he left the programme last May because he feared being a soap actor would hinder his chances of getting other work.
Speaking about his latest show ‘Five Days’ – which aired this week, but was filmed shortly after he left ‘Hollyoaks – Chris explained to the Liverpool Echo newspaper: “I started shooting for ‘Five Days’ about five weeks after I left so I didn’t really have time to miss ‘Hollyoaks’.
“There was always a risk I was going to be unemployed for ages, so it was nice to start filming straight away.
“It was good for me as an actor because sometimes people do not want to see you if you only worked on a soap.”
The 22-year-old star is currently preparing to start work on the 2010 ‘Dancing On Ice Tour’ – which will tour the country from April until June.
In 2008, Chris came second in the ITV skating series in 2008.
We miss you Chris!!
