Ricky Whittle leaving?
Today’s News of the World has claimed that Ricky Whittle will be leaving Hollyoaks next year for the bright lights of Hollywood!!
Apparently he informed shocked soap bosses last week that he’s ready to go but has agreed to work until his contract expires next summer.
A source said: “He thinks his new-found fame on Strictly may help him get work in America.”
A Hollyoaks spokeswoman declined to comment. But an insider said: “He’s told everyone he’s going to America.”
Oooo we’re hardly surprised by these claims though! I mean this comes in a month where he’s been:
- BRUISED from tedious dancing schedules
- ARRESTED for assault on a paparazzi
- CRITICIZED for allegedly having an affair
- And now potentially being SUED by a photographer
He can’t be terribly impressed with the UK right now!
However, we love him, and we hope he wins Strictly next week to make 2009 end on a great note for him!
But we still don’t want to see Ricky go!! Can we afford to lose any more eye candy as it is?
WTF, well they better not kill him off, like they do everyone else in the show. His mothers death was enough for the family. yeah strictly was excellent. Cant wait till next week for the finale but he should of been up against Ali.
