Hollyoaks boss Paul Marquess

Well, this is the Hollyoaks section to RANT away.

Through our Hollyoaks Twitter page many people have expressed their feelings on Paul Marquess’ recent axing choices.

Many of us our seeing are favourite Hollyoaks characters leaving our screens because of Paul Marquess deciding that the characters time is up.

I personally think that Marquess the producer known for his killing spree has taken a step to far as I think axing just one family is two much but axing the Ashworths, the Valentines,  half the students, finishing of the Barnes by axing Amy plus others is just OTT.

But I do see Marquess’ point, Hollyoaks needs to get rid of the deadwood which Lucy Allen didn’t.

Although im not happy with a lot of the departures that are happening at the moment I am very pleased with some of the castings.

I have really taken a liking towards the new family heading to Hollyoaks and taking over the Dog next week called the Costello’s – Jem’s family. This is the kind of action Hollyoaks needs to get back to not the rubbish turn-evil over night characters such as Loretta and Des.

Brendan is another character to watch out for. He’s going to cause Mayhem in Hollyoaks and this is what Lucy Allen didn’t do. Turning Calvin evil was a bad idea and the other bad boy Gaz… Well to be honest he’s not really that bad, is he?

But hopefully Hollyoaks will be back on tip-top shape soon, Paul Marquess let’s hope that your going to turn Hollyoaks back around, or Brian Kirkwood – we need you back, saviour of Hollyoaks.
